20 foot new containers, also known as “one-trips”, carried a single load of dry goods to the U.S. before being marked for sale. They may have some light superficial damage from their journey across the sea— but they won’t require any upfront maintenance or painting.
Since they were originally used to carry small volumes of heavy cargo (e.g. machinery, cement and steel), 20ft new containers have the qualities that make them ideal for storing large items such as seasonal vehicles, metals, and farming and construction equipment. Unlike used containers, 20ft new containers can be immediately used for shipping, stacking, building, and much more.
Looking for a more affordable container for static storage purposes? We recommend purchasing a 20ft used shipping containerinstead.
