REFUND, CANCELLATION & SERVICE CREDIT POLICY
Last Updated: September 2, 2026
This Refund, Cancellation & Service Credit Policy explains the terms applicable to payments, cancellations, refunds, credits, and other payment adjustments for logistics and transportation services provided by Jeffery Mobility (“Jeffery Mobility,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This policy applies to services arranged through jefferymobility.com and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Shipping & Delivery Policy.
1. GENERAL POLICY
Because logistics and transportation services often require advance reservations, carrier arrangements, scheduling, equipment, transportation capacity, and third-party services, refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the individual shipment.
Not all payments are automatically refundable.
Any specific cancellation, refund, or payment terms provided in a quotation, booking confirmation, invoice, service agreement, or other written agreement may apply to the applicable shipment.
2. SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS SERVICES
Once a customer confirms a shipment or transportation service, Jeffery Mobility may begin making arrangements with carriers, drivers, warehouses, terminals, brokers, or other service providers.
Costs may therefore be incurred before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
If a customer cancels a service after arrangements have been initiated, the customer may be responsible for costs already incurred.
These costs may include:
-
Carrier cancellation fees;
-
Transportation charges;
-
Driver dispatch fees;
-
Booking fees;
-
Administrative costs;
-
Storage charges;
-
Waiting time;
-
Re-delivery charges;
-
Third-party service fees;
-
Non-refundable deposits or charges;
-
Other costs associated with the shipment.
3. CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS
Customers should contact Jeffery Mobility as soon as possible if they need to cancel a shipment or transportation service.
Cancellation requests should be submitted before the carrier or service provider has been dispatched whenever reasonably possible.
A cancellation does not automatically guarantee a full refund.
The amount refundable, if any, will depend on:
-
The timing of the cancellation;
-
Whether a carrier has been assigned;
-
Whether transportation has commenced;
-
Whether third-party costs have been incurred;
-
The specific service booked;
-
The applicable booking or service agreement.
4. CANCELLATIONS BEFORE SERVICE BEGINS
If a customer cancels before Jeffery Mobility has incurred non-refundable third-party costs or before transportation arrangements have been finalized, Jeffery Mobility may issue a full or partial refund at its discretion, subject to the applicable booking terms.
Any applicable processing or administrative fees may be deducted where permitted by law and the applicable agreement.
5. CANCELLATIONS AFTER DISPATCH
If a carrier, driver, vehicle, or other service provider has already been dispatched, the customer may be responsible for charges associated with the dispatch or cancellation.
These charges may include:
-
Dispatch fees;
-
Driver compensation;
-
Transportation expenses;
-
Fuel and toll expenses;
-
Waiting or detention charges;
-
Cancellation fees;
-
Return transportation;
-
Other third-party charges.
Any remaining balance may be refunded after applicable charges have been deducted.
6. SERVICES ALREADY PERFORMED
Payments for services that have already been fully or partially performed are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing.
Examples include completed transportation, completed pickup, completed delivery, storage, handling, documentation, logistics coordination, or other services already provided.
7. REFUNDS FOR SERVICE FAILURES
If Jeffery Mobility is unable to provide a service that has been paid for and no reasonable alternative arrangement is accepted by the customer, MA Logistic may provide a refund or service credit for the portion of the service that was not provided, subject to the applicable agreement and law.
This does not necessarily include costs arising from delays or failures caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, weather, government action, or other circumstances outside Jeffery Mobility reasonable control.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Pre-owned items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain in the same condition as received and with the authenticity tag attached.
8. THIRD-PARTY CARRIER CHARGES
Jeffery Mobility may use independent carriers and other third-party service providers.
If a carrier or service provider has already charged Jeffery Mobility for a shipment or service, those charges may be deducted from any applicable refund.
Third-party charges may be non-refundable.
9. DELAYS
A transportation delay does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Delivery schedules may be affected by:
-
Traffic;
-
Weather;
-
Road conditions;
-
Accidents;
-
Vehicle or equipment problems;
-
Carrier delays;
-
Terminal or warehouse delays;
-
Customs processing;
-
Government restrictions;
-
Security procedures;
-
Labor disruptions;
-
Incorrect customer information;
-
Events outside our reasonable control.
Where appropriate, Jeffery Mobility will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving transportation delays.
10. FAILED DELIVERY
If a shipment cannot be delivered because of circumstances attributable to the customer, additional charges may apply.
Examples include:
-
Incorrect address;
-
Recipient unavailable;
-
Refusal to accept delivery;
-
Inability to access the delivery location;
-
Failure to provide required documentation;
-
Failure to provide required delivery instructions;
-
Failure to pay applicable charges.
Any additional transportation, storage, waiting, re-delivery, or handling costs may be charged to the customer.
11. REFUNDS FOR DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
Refunds for damaged, lost, or missing cargo are not automatically provided by Jeffery Mobility.
Claims involving cargo loss or damage may be governed by the applicable carrier’s terms, bill of lading, transportation agreement, tariff, insurance provisions, and applicable law.
Customers should report apparent damage or loss promptly and provide supporting documentation.
Where applicable, Jeffery Mobility may assist the customer in submitting a claim to the responsible carrier or service provider.
12. SHIPPING INSURANCE
If cargo insurance or declared-value protection was purchased or specifically arranged, claims will be handled according to the applicable insurance policy or protection terms.
Payment for transportation services does not automatically constitute full-value cargo insurance.
Customers shipping high-value goods are encouraged to discuss available protection options before the shipment is accepted.
13. PAYMENT PROCESSING
Refunds, where approved, will generally be issued using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, financial institution, or card issuer.
MA Logistic does not control the processing time of a customer’s bank or payment provider.
14. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Once a refund has been approved, Jeffery Mobility will initiate the refund within a reasonable processing period.
Depending on the payment method, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in the customer’s account.
The timing of the final credit is controlled by the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
15. NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES
Certain charges may be non-refundable when they have already been incurred.
These may include:
-
Carrier cancellation fees;
-
Dispatch fees;
-
Transportation already performed;
-
Storage;
-
Waiting time;
-
Detention;
-
Re-delivery;
-
Third-party service fees;
-
Customs or government charges;
-
Special handling;
-
Administrative expenses;
-
Other non-refundable charges identified in the applicable booking or service agreement.
16. OVERPAYMENTS
If a customer makes an accidental duplicate payment or pays more than the amount due, Jeffery Mobility may refund the excess amount after verifying the payment and applicable transaction details.
Refunds may be subject to verification procedures designed to prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions.
17. PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
Customers are encouraged to contact Jeffery Mobility before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.
Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions may be investigated and may be reported to the applicable payment provider or financial institution.
If a chargeback is initiated after services have been provided, Jeffery Mobility may provide the payment processor with relevant documentation, which may include invoices, booking confirmations, shipment records, communications, delivery records, and other transaction information.
18. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund or cancellation, customers should contact Jeffery Mobility as soon as possible and provide:
-
Customer name;
-
Company name, if applicable;
-
Invoice or booking number;
-
Shipment information;
-
Date of service;
-
Reason for the cancellation or refund request;
-
Any supporting documentation.
Requests may be reviewed individually based on the applicable booking and service terms.
19. SERVICE CREDITS
In certain circumstances, Jeffery Mobility may offer a service credit instead of a monetary refund.
A service credit may be offered when:
-
A shipment is delayed;
-
A service is partially affected;
-
A customer agrees to reschedule;
-
A commercial adjustment is appropriate;
-
A refund is not available but a service accommodation is appropriate.
Any service credit will be subject to the terms communicated when the credit is issued.
20. CUSTOM ORDERS AND SPECIAL SERVICES
Special logistics arrangements, customized transportation services, dedicated vehicles, expedited transportation, special handling, storage, and other customized services may be subject to separate cancellation and refund terms.
Where applicable, those terms will be communicated before the service is confirmed.
21. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Refunds for international shipments may be affected by customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, government charges, carrier charges, and other third-party expenses.
Government-imposed duties and taxes are generally not refundable by Jeffery Mobility unless the applicable authority or service provider issues a refund.
Customs delays or customs decisions do not automatically create a right to a refund.
22. FORCE MAJEURE
Jeffery Mobility is not responsible for refunds, losses, or additional costs arising solely from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
-
Natural disasters;
-
Severe weather;
-
Government actions;
-
War;
-
Civil unrest;
-
Strikes;
-
Labor disruptions;
-
Road closures;
-
Transportation interruptions;
-
Customs restrictions;
-
Public emergencies;
-
Infrastructure failures;
-
Other force majeure events.
Where appropriate, Jeffery Mobility may offer alternative arrangements, rescheduling, or service credits.
23. POLICY FOR FRAUDULENT OR ABUSIVE REQUESTS
Jeffery Mobility reserves the right to investigate refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or inconsistent with the customer’s transaction or service history.
We may request additional information before processing a refund.
We may decline requests that are fraudulent or otherwise not supported by the applicable transaction records.
24. NO AUTOMATIC REFUND FOR CUSTOMER CHANGE OF MIND
A customer’s decision not to use a booked transportation or logistics service does not automatically create a right to a full refund.
Applicable cancellation charges and third-party expenses may apply.
25. EXCEPTIONS REQUIRED BY LAW
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal, state, or local law.
Where applicable law provides a customer with a mandatory refund or cancellation right, that law will control.
26. POLICY UPDATES
Jeffery Mobility may update this Refund, Cancellation & Service Credit Policy from time to time.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
